Interpreter -Translator Required (Arabic-English)

with customer service background.

The market leader in Recruitment and Placement of domestic workers in the GCC is seeking several key members to join their Dubai , Abu Dhabi or Umm Al Quwain office team. (Flexi and Full Time Opportunity)

Job Role:

To engage with families looking for domestic workers and provide them with solutions in recruitment and placement, government visas or outsourcing solutions.

To Secure corporate and commercial accounts and provide full recruitment cycle (government visa services, recruitment matching services, and gathering all required documents)

Admin work entailing IT data entry, collecting and verifying accuracy of employment visas, family passport details etc.

Using the CRM and call centre management system to follow up calls, leads and clients.

Utilizing social media platforms/groups to engage with potential clients

Requirements:

Degree Educated

5 Years UAE experience with well spoken accent

Proven Track Record in sales/targets and KPI’s

Experience in Customer Service

Proficient in:

( translation/Interpretation bi-lingual efficiency) Arabic -English

It literate -Excellent typing skills -60WPM +

Working Knowledge Excel ? 85% efficiency

Accuracy in Data Input =100%

High Diplomacy, Social Skills, Ambitious and Competitive, Ethical and Fair.
