HR SPECIALIST

Immediate opening- working hours 8:00am-5:30 Sunday-Thursday, 7:30am-12pm Friday, Saturday Off.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing daily operations of Staff Management including leave requests, attendance, grievances, disciplinaries, ad-hoc tasks from Management and ensuring staff are following HR Policy.
- Organize all staff leave including annual leave, sickness, emergency and maternity/ paternity.
- Ensure effective communication between departments and proactive resolution of staff concerns, you will act as a center point for resolutions, as well as feeding back to Management and ensuring quick resolutions.
- Work to support Management’s instructions.
- Handle conflict resolution between staff, candidates and clients.
- Efficient recruitment to ensure reduced turnover and happy employees.
- Hands-on HR operational approach and exceptional knowledge of employee relations.
- Comprehensive understanding of MOHRE, UAE Labour Laws, and TWAFOUQ complaints management.
- Manage recruitment cycle and handling all on and offboarding.
THE CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree educated in Business Management or HRM.
- Minimum 6 years HR experience.
- Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability.
- Proficient in IT database management and Excel.
- Experience with payroll management.
- Knowledge of Employee Master (HRM Systems).
- Current Visa Status: Visit / Cancelled ONLY.
