Senior HR Contracts Administrator

• Currently managing over 5,5000 contracts within the department
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.
• Exemplify strong attention to detail and possess superior organizational skills.
• Requires excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Capable of professionally managing confidential information and upholding the strictest data protection.
• Comprehensive understanding of MOHRE and UAE Labour Laws.
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree educated.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience.
• Proficient in IT database management including being an efficient and quick typist with knowledge of Excel. Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
