Job Description:
The candidate will be working in the Rigging Department assisting HOD Rigging, Head Riggers, Project Managers, and AV Technical Departments in delivering high-standard events to our clients while quality standards are always maintained

Responsibilities:

• Assist HOD Rigging with daily rigging-related activities while planning and executing events
• Coordination with sales, technical departments, and project management teams
• Assist in preparing quotes, required rigging equipment lists, drawings, and handle processing of all orders with accuracy within the given timelines
• Comply with the Health and Safety rules and ensure safe working environment

Perform other tasks as assigned to you by the HODQualifications:

• Minimum 3+ year’s previous experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the events industry
• Experience in Vectorworks and/or ACAD is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in planning, working, and operating on large-scale events
• Strong understanding of safe working loads, safety factors, rigging principles/solutions, hoists, truss systems, slings etc.
• Must display a positive attitude
• Capable to work under the pressure
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
• Excellent written and spoken English
