The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting and managing real estate agents, and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition within the real estate industry. Responsibilities: – Develop and execute effective talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure the firm has the best talent in the industry. – Partner with business leaders to identify and define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process. – Identify and engage top talent in the real estate industry through various channels, including social media, networking events, and professional organizations. – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR, and candidates. – Analyze recruitment data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization of recruitment strategies. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry. – Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, strategies, and tools. – Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. – Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
