We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join a thriving Real Estate Brokerage firm based in Dubai. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR duties and recruitment services to ensure the firm’s continued success. You will be tasked with driving the company’s HR policies, procedures, and best practices while working closely with senior management and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: – Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s objectives and goals. – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates. – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. – Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team while fostering a culture of employee engagement, development, and retention. – Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution when needed. – Support the performance management process and drive initiatives for employee development and succession planning. – Develop and manage the HR budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. – Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a management role. – Previous experience within a real estate brokerage firm is highly desirable. – Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. – Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals. – Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to identify top talent. – Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team. – Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
