The Role
Guildhall have been requested by one of our UHNWI clients to search for a talented Executive Assistant to support the business in Dubai. Our client is a well respected businessman who has recently relocated his family to Dubai and established a branch of their investment firm in the UAE. The Executive assistant will be required to carryout the following tasks: – Assist the CEO in organizing his administrative workload. – Ensure proper two way communication and understanding – Maintain complex diary management, arranging appointments and meetings as appropriate and ensuring that they are adequately briefed and have all relevant papers to be discussed – Make necessary travel arrangements for the CEO and their family (visas, travel and hotel accommodation, etc) – Arrange a variety of weekly meetings and when required, take accurate notes. – Ensure that matters arising from meetings are dealt with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales – Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff. Manage and frequently update the records of the employees – Process invoices and manage budgets – Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems – Manage the hiring of new employees, organize induction programmes, prepare the employment contracts – Assist with personal errands

Requirements
In order to be selected for an interview, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: – 7+ years as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant/Office Manager – Fluent in Russian or worked within a Russian Speaking environment – Experienced working with a variety of business and personal tasks – Located in Dubai with 2+ years experience in the GCC/UAE
