Description:
• In charge of developing and implementing the entire sales strategy as well as forecasting and sales account management;
• Management of the entire sales process, from first contact to closing the sales;
• Monitoring of and participation in tenders;
• Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
• Contract and price negotiating;
• Key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of customers;
• Expansion of the customer base;
• Ensure achievements of company sales targets;
• Identifying new business opportunities;
• Working closely with our channel partners in every country.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required;
• Significant experience in sales and tender preparation (5+ years);
• Proven capacity for thought leadership, strategic thinking, effective verbal and written communication of vision, and cross-functional influence
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment;
• Highly organized with prioritization skills;
• Resilient to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work under pressure;
• Strong Communication skills – written and verbal;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Good organizational skills, including the ability to organize the work of a team to meet agreed deadlines;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, to agreed deadlines;
• Flexible and collaborative.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Possessing strong vendor and telecom experience
