Roles & Responsibilities:

ü Monitoring existing client, generate Proposals and Bid Responses, generating new business opportunities, Sales.

ü Managed IT Services, Identifying, generating new business opportunities from corporate or Govt. clients for Managed IT Services (AMC / FMS services).

ü Creating and managing sales projections, working with sales team to build long lasting relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service during the sales process.

ü Achieving growth and hitting sales targets

ü Reaching set sales objectives

ü Managing and monitoring existing client and ensuring renewals on time.

ü Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery / service quality norms.

ü Work with Delivery teams in verticals to generate Proposals and Bid Responses

Educational Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in IT field

· MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage

Work Experience

• At least 4-10 years hands-on experience in the same field

Technical Skills

• The position requires an individual to have a good business acumen with a broad understanding of Information
• Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficient in handling Pre-sales as well as after sales requirements of customers
• A key contact point for customers business requirements
• Excellent command in using MS Office packages
• Time management skills
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
