Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of GTM Manager. This position involves a comprehensive analysis of production costs and expenditures to pinpoint trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for enhancement.Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing expenses, labor costs, material consumption, and overhead to generate insightful reports.Deliver regular updates to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and cost management initiatives.Engage with finance and operations teams to formulate manufacturing budgets and projections.Monitor actual performance against established budgetary goals and anticipated figures.Identify variances and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and mitigate potential risks.Explore avenues to optimize manufacturing workflows and minimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.Work alongside cross-functional teams to execute process enhancements and cost-reduction strategies.Assess the impact of implemented changes and refine processes as needed.Contribute to the establishment of a General Accounting Shared Services team as part of a long-term strategy.Michael Page is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
