We are a fast-paced, high-growth company looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be an innovative and strategic thinker who is passionate about people and excited about the opportunity to drive our HR function to the next level. The organization has scaled organically and is in need of someone to add some structure for the next phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement cutting-edge HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and mission.
• Source, interview, and hire top talent to help our team reach new heights.
• Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
• Drive performance management processes that help our team members achieve their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and taking proactive steps to stay ahead of the game.
• Develop and deliver training programs that inspire and engage our team members.
• Manage employee data and keep accurate and up-to-date HR records.
• Be a change agent and continuously look for ways to improve and optimize HR processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• At least five years of experience in an HR role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• A passion for people and a drive to make a difference in the organization.
• Experience in Zoho People and Workable is a plus
