Overview Of The Role
GTA Car Care is currently looking for an experienced & performance driven Service Advisor to work in our Dubai branch.
A Service Advisor is responsible for the delivery of high-quality service in the Workshop by contributing to the development of customer relationships, creating awareness and enhancing customer loyalty. They are also accountable for supporting workshop operations while providing an excellent customer experience and upholding GTA Car Care expectations of world-class standards.

What You Will Do
Work with the customers to resolve concerns and complaints by answering any questions or clarifying any doubts. Take note of problems the customer has after discussion explains how you can resolve them or make an appointment for a service call as soon as possible.

Required Skills
Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Service Advisor (UAE experience is preferred)
Technical knowledge – provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries
Strong English communications skills (ideally your first language). (Being able to speak Arabic is an added advantage but not necessary)

UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
