Campaign Executive, INCA MENA

INCA is GroupM’s brand-safe influencer marketing solution. It enables brands to run content-driven campaigns through the widest possible network of trusted creators and influencers across and beyond social media platforms. A team of specialists in Influencer and content marketing deliver scaled influencer and content programs that reach consumers at their most engaged and deliver the outcomes brands most value.
We are looking for a passionate, talented, and knowledgeable account executive to work with the Campaign Manager and the Senior Manager and support the growth of INCA’s offering in the MENA market.
The role will focus on supporting the day-to-day operations of campaign management and client servicing for brands working with the INCA products. The role will help with the growth of INCA which aims to support our agencies in broadcasting their clients’ messages via content and Influencer Marketing channels, which we deliver at scale.
The successful candidate should be passionate about influencer marketing and content creation more broadly. They work with our agencies and suppliers to deliver successful campaigns for our clients.
Deliver great service – Our agency partners and clients are our primary customers, so you will communicate well with agency colleagues, share your knowledge, and constantly improve the reputation of INCA through your attitude and the work you do. You will articulate the value INCA provides for each client through effective and insightful reporting and build relationships by maintaining professional and regular updates for the agency/client to ensure they receive the best experience.
Deliver Results – You will understand and deliver the key objectives for every client account you work on. You will deliver operational excellence, work with the platforms and content creators that are most relevant for a campaign, monitoring performance & troubleshooting, hitting client metrics and improving on our business performance. You will ensure that the content created is of a high standard and that the content reaches a relevant audience to produce desired results.
Drive Business Growth – The growth of our business depends on the increased adoption of our products, so you will understand the client benefits of all our products and upsell wherever possible. You will maintain accurate pipeline and campaign information across all key systems including Salesforce and Wrike. You will ensure that our commercial model is being applied and that campaigns are hitting target KPI’s and commercial outcomes. Campaigns will be accurately reconciled, so suppliers can be paid in a timely manner, the role will then deliver a well thought out post campaign report that drives a rebooking.
Demonstrate communication, content, and influencer knowledge – You will need a good understanding and knowledge of content marketing to demonstrate with the agencies and with clients. Ensure first- rate operational execution for yourself, hitting client KPIs whilst maximizing margin. Be an expert in content execution, through both platform knowledge and a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings in MENA.
The skills we are looking for
Application of industry & technical knowledge – knowledge of internet functionality, the online advertising industry, social and content marketing trends, technologies, and pricing models. Strong digital media knowledge and how to use our platforms to meet client objectives. A deep understanding of our competitors to be able to articulate our USPs versus theirs. A strong understanding of the MENA Influencer landscape.
Professionalism – have rigorous attention to detail, be well organized, able to multi-task and handle your own time effectively, and able to work to deadlines. Understanding and effective use of key business systems, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good communication – effective bi-lingual (Arabic & English) communication skills and ability to explain our product offering in a compelling way to agency colleagues, and to clients. Tailoring our message to the audience to tell a conclusive story.
