Urgently looking for Recruitment Manager for our client an International Restaurant concept brand in Dubai.

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for setting the international recruitment strategy for the Group, ensuring that we are able to recruit the best hospitality professionals from around the world to join our restaurants in Dubai and ensure that we build an international reputation as the employer of choice in the Middle East.

Brief Summary of Role:
Creates group and brand recruitment plans and calendars for H1 and H2 each year, aligned with our growth plans regionally

Responsible for briefing, aligning and maximising the capabilities of our third party recruitment partners – agencies and hospitality schoolsSource the appropriate level of international candidates within the local UAE market by being connected across the industry and the person that top talent calls first to explore their next career moveBuilds the highest level of relationships with international and regional hospitality schools, creating a channel for the recruitment of both interns and junior managers for our restaurantsNon-negotiable skills and experience required: 10 years experience in international recruitment including 5 years in a management capacity at the highest level in the restaurant and hospitality industryMust have the highest level of restaurant and hospitality industry connections in the UAE and GCC marketsExtensive experience recruiting for high growth international restaurant and/or hospitality groups in the region, capable of recruiting 250-300 candidates per yearMust be well travelled and able to travel extensively to secure talent in all western markets
