RESPONSIBILITIES:
INTERNAL RELATIONS:
The employee reports to the Customer Service Manager, and coordinates with the Sales, Administrative, Engineering, Stock, Operations, Test departments on a regular basis.
JOB CONDITIONS:
Work is done mostly in an office environment. The employee spends the majority of his time at his desk, on the telephone, but often moves in order to meet and coordinate with other departments. And will be required to travel for services purposes, either locally or around the region. The normal workweek consists of 48 hours. Possible remote/hybrid work, and flexible schedule.
