Group L Hiring for Demi Chef de Partie- Female (Hot/Cold Kitchen) Job at Dubai Full Time

Educational Qualification:

Certification in culinary field and kitchen food production.

Experience:

Minimum 5 yrs. in hot and cold kitchen; at least 2 yrs. as DCDP.

Skills:

· Excellent knowledge of cold and hot dishes preparation such as salads, sandwiches, savories, and appetizers

· Working in a catering with outdoor events in high volumes is a privilege

· Ability to use kitchen equipment and utensils

· Knife skills – cutting, chopping, carving

· Creativity, precision, and attention to details

· Communication skills. English is mandatory.

· Computer literate in Microsoft windows is a plus

· History of working for a 5 Stars Hospitality Property

· History of Chefs Competition locally and internationally is privileged.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
