Our client, a prominent industry leader, is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive transformative HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.The RoleThe role requires a thought business partner coming from a strong HR background who can look at the big picture and, at the same time, roll up their sleeves and re-engineer the very DNA of the company. As an HRBP, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders to shape the future of the organization through effective people strategies. The core responsibilities would revolve around:Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.Partnering with different business functions.Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.Talent acquisition and workforce planning.Performance management and organizational development.Employee relations and conflict resolution.Compensation and benefits management.HR policy development and compliance oversight.Monitoring HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.The Person7+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years focused on business partnering in the food and beverage sector.Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.Strong understanding of the UAE labour laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to HR operations.Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field (preferred).
