About the job:
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and high level of management support. Smart and able to learn quickly.
ADMINISTRATION
• Administrate contractual terms and summarise the information for internal release.
• Update the databases and manage the documents.
• Prepare letters / memos / reports / presentations when necessary.
• Provide overall support and assistance to the department.
PURCHASING
• Research potential vendors and work with existing ones.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate to secure the best terms.
• Track orders and ensure meeting delivery requirements.
• Review quality of purchased products / procured services.
OTHERS
• Work closely and fill in for the receptionist as and whenever necessary.
• Assist with general day to day administration and office management tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
Other requirements:
• Must hold the same position for a minimum of 3 years
• High level of communication skills
• Excellent English grammar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary: 4,500 AED/mo
Work timings: Mon – Fri, 9am to 6:30pm
