Our team is comprised of an eclectic mix of Technology and Business consultants, Information Designers, Visual Artists and Software Engineers. We’ve worked with 100+ clients in Australia across Public and Private sector and have recently set up operations in the Middle East with our Innovation Lab based out of Bangalore, India.

StrategyDotZero is Gravity’s proprietary platform intended to disrupt the way strategy is designed and executed across organizations.
StrategyDotZero is a cloud-based application that takes a systemic and collaborative approach to strategy design and execution focused on strategic alignment, capability improvement and enterprise business performance management.

We are currently looking to hire a Delivery Manager to join our Start-up Team in Dubai.

The Role :

Being at the interesting intersection of Strategic consulting ,Technology and Design you will work with our Corporate clients & Federal governments alike, building positive business relationships and manage overall engagement and service delivery

Must have skills :

• Adept at Client relationship management – Account/ Engagement Lead experience
• Experience in delivering Design (Visual/ Illustrative + UI/UX) & Technology solutions
• Project Management Skills – Ownership client outcomes & deadlines, Outcomes based planning & delivery
• Change Management & Adoption skills – e.g. Experience with structuring & facilitating co-design sessions
• Product management skills – ability to elicit requirements and define user stories
• Understanding of Applied Design Thinking, Systems Thinking and Outcomes-based sprint planning
• Team mobilization & management
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Hands-on

Nice to have:

• A degree in Computer Science /Management
• Prior exposure to Enterprise Strategy/ Strategy Consulting
• Prior exposure to Gaming/ Metaverse/ 3D Motion Graphics products & services
• Arabic Speaker
