Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
Ensure the compliance with IFRS, IAS and tax regulations, and establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles;
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information;
Coordinate, complete and ensure a clean and timely year end audit;
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation;
Maintain, implement and develop of a comprehensive manual of accounting SOPs to enhance the workflow of the department and ensure high class accounting system;
Provide training to new and existing staff as needed;
Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability.

Bachelor in Accounting
CPA / CA / ACCA
Proven work experience in multi organizations accounting system
10 years of overall combined audit and accounting experience
5 years of relevant experience
Constructive knowledge of IFRS and IAS
Strong analytical and managerial skills
High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and details & results-orientation
Promoting process improvement
Excellent knowledge in MS office (Specially in Excel)
Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred)
