RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain their own online presence and manage the marketing of their properties across portals
· Provide sound advice to end-users and investors
· Meet their monthly target and drive sales
· Grow a footprint in their residential community
· Manage listings, viewings, and transactions
Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Zero to two years of experience in the Real Estate Brokerage primary / Secondary
· Languages Spoken: Arabic, Russian, Hindi ( English is mandatory).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Relationship building and negotiation skills.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
· CRM System work experience
