Telemarketing Representative – FEMALES ONLY!

If you have the ability to convince clients over the phone to buying / selling and advise them on different real estate investment options, we would love to meet with you!

The role’s key responsibilities are:

• Ability to manage and convince clients over the phone
• Consistent follow up with client until concluding the sale
• Maintain a higher conversion rate on company leads
• Communicate clearly and comprehensively via emails/ phone with clients about project details and sales process
• Attending customer’s interactions and efficiently gather related information to fulfill customer needs.
• Professionally handle customer’s interactions and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Provide high class services and support on the real estate different products.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the real estate market products and company services and ensure customers are provided with full accurate information.
• Attend various training and learning to close the skill gaps and to ensure proper awareness about real estate products and services, policies and procedures.
• Cross sell and upsell different real estate products.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in a telesales or other sales/customer service role
• Understanding of Dubai property market, and the ability to learn about new projects and describe/explain them to prospects clients
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of MS Office and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
