Position Overview:As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our training programmes and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience providing administrative support in the UAE, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the training team, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and preparing training materials.Assist in maintaining accurate course and attendee records.Coordinate with trainers and venues to ensure all training sessions run smoothly and efficiently.Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from participants and clients via phone, email, and in-person.Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the UAE.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
