We are looking for a detail-oriented multi-tasker to join our team as an Executive Coordinator

As the Executive Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the Managing Partner. You will prioritize emails and phone calls and arrange meetings and business events.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for the calendar management of the Managing Director

• Identify, prepare and compile necessary materials ahead of time to ensure that the Managing Partner has appropriate information for meetings, reports, presentations, events and special projects on the calendar

• Review, confirm, follow-up and adjust calendar entries proactively communicating any discrepancies to the Chief of Staff of the CEO

• Manage logistics of complex meetings

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Finance or Business preferred)
• Work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Extremely organized with exceptional time-management skills
• Can work independently and handle constantly changing needs
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
• Approachable and have an engaging positive attitude
