Job Profile Act as the point of contact among executives, clients, and other external partnersManage information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage executives’ calendars and set up meetings with the help of ES.Make travel and accommodation arrangements for CEO’s employees as directed by ES.Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as required by ES. Oversee the assigned task by ES. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.Handling complete company accountsHandling HR responsibilities like recruitment, payroll, visa processing by liaising with PRO and any other HR responsibilities.Handling the personal work CEO’s family which includes, secretarial work, their travel plan, daily works, handling their finances and any work related to the family.Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
