Globaledulink is looking for a passionate, driven, knowledgeable & well-experienced trainer for the delivery of Opera PMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide system and operational subject matter expertise in Opera PMS
Providing prompt assistance for the learner queries.
Support delivery of apprenticeships through a range of methods (e.g. Classroom, Online).
Collaboratively define course structure, content, and delivery method to produce high-quality training.
Lead development & maintenance of technical training content, videos, exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials
Evaluating candidates on technical & communications skills & helping them improvise
Job Requirements
Prior experience in teaching Opera PMS software is a definite advantage.
Knowledge of POS Systems is an added advantage.
Technical experience (e.g. installing software and troubleshooting that software).
Knowledge of Cloud-based software systems.
