We advise entrepreneurs on how to structure their business activities with the following services : Company Set Up, Tax Optimization Solutions, Banking, Opening Merchant Accounts and other bespoke services.

Our Accounting Solutions Practice is growing and to meet client demands we require an experienced, Dubai based accountant. Someone who has worked in numerous business setups and who LOVES the challenge of day to day working with multiple clients. The best fit candidate is someone who is highly proactive & collaborative, tenaciously taking on deadlines of normal monthly accounting tasks.

Main Objectives and Deliverables:

• Working with designated external clients on daily accounting, banking, payroll, VAT and administrative support services
• Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies and check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Create and update expense reports & process reimbursement forms
• Handle bank transactions and conduct monthly reconciliations
• Enter financial transactions into software platform and maintain digital and physical financial records
• Review and file payroll documents
• File VAT and tax declarations and coordinate external audits as per UAE law
• Other standard accounting requirements per IFRS and UAE law
• Preparation of financial statements and reports for review with client management leaders
• Other tasks assigned as requested by client or Structuring Business Unit Director

Position Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant, IFRS Certification – in process or earned
• Five years of accounting work experience in the UAE, especially with international companies and start-ups
• Past work as a junior accountant in a major UAE accounting firm including VAT
• Professional work experience in a diverse, international services company comprised of multiple legal entities
• High level skills in multiple online accounting platforms (such as XERO, Quickbooks); collaboration tools like Google Platform, Asana and Slack
• English – professional fluency – written and spoken
• Preferable Requirements:
• • • Russian – solid proficiency
    • UAE driving license
