We are seeking an eCommerce expert with in-depth understanding of eCommerce landscape in UAE and the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment. This is a hands-on position responsible for the management and growth of our brands (Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, Amazing Grass etc.) on Online Channel in UAE. The role will identify and assess the right opportunities in expanding GPN brands’ online footprint, whilst optimizing assortment, stock plan, and maximizing overall profitability and acquiring first-hand consumer insights.

The opportunity where you will make an impact: To achieve account level Sell-Outs & Sell-Thru and annual budgets. Work closely with Category teams across multiple accounts like Amazon, Sporter, Noon, etc to drive JBPs, deliver topline and continue to be the category leader. Directly work with the regional distributor team to ensure delivery of pre-aligned KPIs. Monitor and drive key metrics like Rep OOS %age, Retail Contribution share, OSA. Plan and execute consumer promotions during Big Events like White Friday Sale, Prime Day. Track competition activities for every market and submit as part of Monthly Business Review. Partner with agencies to drive Search marketing, content optimisation, catalogue enhancement. Identify growth opportunities through in-depth understanding of Amazon consumer insights. Deliver ROI/ ROAS targets by efficiently managing marketing and trade promotion spends.
What you will bring to GPN: MBA degree required. 4+ years e-commerce experience specialising in consumer goods. Experience managing distributors and implementing key business initiatives. Hands on experience in UAE market. Should be well versed with Amazon and Noon tools / dashboards like vendor / seller central management and Amazon Advertising. Profound knowledge on Amazon ASIN, algorithm, search engine marketing operational skills. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate his/her ideas/thoughts and drive support and alignment of key stakeholders. Effective collaboration and partnership skills with both internal and external customers. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth. Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment. Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to easily work across a culturally diverse group of people and markets. Embraces diversity and inclusion as a key value. Ability to quickly adapt, focus and deliver results in ambiguous and ever-changing situations. Can effectively navigate complexity and ambiguity, with poise and confidence.
