GISCO Hiring for Senior Mechanical Engineer at Dubai Full Time

1. Project management, Coordination , controlling, planning review in the large and complexity projects (such as infrastructure projects, underground chilled water pipe network and Energy Transfer Stations (ETS) , and HVAC Equipment’s & Related piping works (Chillers, Package units , AHU’S , etc.).
2. Implemented system to improve process efficiency and reduce the project duration.
3. Preparation of NOC Documentation and approvals from Project Related Authorities and provide the support documents ( Project requirements).
4. Guided and directed third party inspections through project construction, commissioning, and closeout.
5. Determined the project schedule, which included the sequence of all construction activities.
6. All preconstruction activities including submittals, long lead items , RFTS , attending all coordination and modeling meetings to finalize .
7. Budgeting and maintaining the budget through the project along with the building and billing the schedule of values to Department head.
8. Help manage the field with look ahead schedules, daily reports along with the attending progress and principle meetings with client and sub-contractors.
9. Get quotes and put together requests for purchase, buy material, manage job spending and cost throughout the project .
10. Manage, schedule and log all required client procedures including related tests , commissioning and all other check list procedures .
11. Price and manage change order works related to the contract scope .
12. Coordinate and assist for new bid or Proposal Preparation as per company guidelines, specification, and general conditions of contract.
13. Prepare required scope of works, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), launch the tender invitations, review the contractors bid/proposal, make technical evaluation, and write the report for procurement department to open the bid, prepare and submit the Tender report for managements.
14. Review the submittals, approve/comment the project materials per specifications,
15. Monitor/track the progress per Program of works, follow the contract terms & conditions,
16. Review/ Audit/approve/comment the projects installation works assure to match the project specification and contract.
17. Certify the payment applications for the project progress accordance to the payment terms.
18. Review/approve the method statements, risk assessments, and Arrange the PTW for works in coordination with HSE policies.
19. Preparation of progress monthly reports including HSE for Planned vs actual
20. Reporting to Managers for the desired Departments for obtaining any approvals related to the engineering, arrange, and coordinate the regular meetings between consultants, contractor and clients for the project matters and minute the same.
