Based in Dubai, you will be an executive of client development and drive the growth of our business and support lawyers with their marketing initiatives.

You will prepare and coordinate the delivery of multiple business pitches, with the guidance and mentorship of a manager. In support of these efforts, on a daily basis you will update practice group descriptions, attorney biographies and lists of new client matter wins.

You will also support client continuing legal education events, identifying and organizing all logistics related to program (virtual and in-person, as possible). You will collaborate with relevant colleagues and stakeholders to ensure all program-specific needs are identified and organized to ensure an outstanding experience for our clients and a seamless delivery. In addition, you will support client entertainment events, as needed throughout the region.

You will receive mentorship from your direct manager and also be a member of the global coordinator/executive team. In this forum, you will be supported on professional development topics and will receive additional training. You will learn about our Firm, how we go to market and the technology platforms that support our work.

Additionally, you will support department initiatives and own projects in line with your strengths and passions.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist and supports the development of collateral materials, such as practice group descriptions, attorney biographies, practice area capability statements and web content.
  • Assist in developing marketing pitch and proposal materials, including formatting and proofreading content.
  • Assist in identifying, organizing and supporting profile-raising activities for assigned practices and attorneys, such as events, webinars, community involvement, conferences and professional associations.
  • Provide event support for firm-hosted events such as seminars, client receptions and webinars including working with the special events team to coordinate evites, build/manage invitation lists, materials for CLE accreditation and registration details.
  • Support the execution of sponsorship deliverables including support for attorney presentations for speaking engagements.
  • Assists with the maintenance of pitch tracking/reporting, mailing lists and other tracked data points. in the CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact with executives comfortably
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

EXPERIENCE

  • University degree
  • Executives require 5+ years of experience in professional services, law firm experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting business pitches or learning programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
