Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders and delays in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the needs of students.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Offer guidance and strategies to teachers and parents to facilitate communication development in the classroom and home environments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Stay updated with current research and best practices in speech therapy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Hold a valid DHA license
• Valid license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of various speech disorders, communication delays, and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students with communication challenges.
