The School:
GEMS FirstPoint School (FPS), opened in 2014, is positioned in the heart of The Villa community, which is an established, green, residential development located 20 minutes from the centre of Dubai. It is a Premium British Curriculum School, providing an excellent standard of education for over 1700 students from FS1 to Year 13, with exciting plans to add to its state-of-the-art educational facilities in the coming years.
The school has grown rapidly and continues to be popular with families from across Dubai with over 90 nationalities represented. FPS is housed in modern buildings with a separate sports and performing arts centre, swimming pools, theatre, sports hall, dance, drama and music rooms. About the Role:
We are looking for ‘Outstanding’ primary teacher to join our established team at GEMS Firstpoint School, The Villa for April 2023.

The successful candidate will have:
- BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Proven experience of teaching primary level – EYFS/KS1/KS2
- The ability to share your outstanding practice
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
- A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning
- An aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
