Job Description
About the Role Salesforce Lightning Developer will support and develop business logic in Salesforce in a scalable, future-proof manner and also implements Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews. Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Lightning Components, Apps, Mobile, and Custom front ends, etc.), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools), and complex data migrations.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in the design, development, testing, and support of the Salesforce CRM using the declarative and programmatic capabilities of the Salesforce Platform.
Implement and support solutions on the Salesforce sales cloud
Participation in the full application lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
Development of custom applications using Standard OOTB features, LWC, Apex and Visualforce.
Design, development, testing and deployment of programmatic solutions that are maintainable and re-usable.
Post-delivery – assists internal teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelors Degree
6 years of Salesforce Development in Classic and Lightning
Integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP/Connector)
Core experience in Design & Development of Lightning Framework, Aura Components
Salesforce.com development life cycle, application design patterns, integration patterns and deployment planning.
SFDC experience with technical knowledge on LWC, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Email Service, Batch, and Scheduled Apex along with knowledge of Salesforce administration & configuration – flows and approvals, validation rules, role and profiles, sharing & security rules, advanced reports, and dashboards.
SFDC certification desired: ADM 201, Platform Developer 1, Sales Cloud Consultant
Should have extensive knowledge working with web services.
Strong communication skills, and excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact with all levels within an organization
