CAs the new Commercial Leader for Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) MENEAT you will drive comprehensive financial product and service strategies in coordination with the assigned GE Healthcare commercial and product line teams. You will lead a team of 2-3 senior experienced professionals.

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• You will lead a team of 2-3 senior team members to drive HFS coverage in the region

• You maintain a continuous connection with the HFS EMEA leader to drive strategy implemented at EMEA level

• You will establish an efficient and effective internal operating rhythm with counterparts in GE HealthCare (GEHC), drive synchronized market penetration, develop C-suite relationships and product adoption, while maximizing total account profitability for GEHC

• You will drive the wing-to-wing sales process including customer prospecting, lead generation, making sales calls, analyzing data, preparing proposals and credit packages, negotiating price or other terms, and coordinating onboarding and ongoing relationships with customers

• You partner with Capital Markets to build 3rd party mid -ticket equipment financing programs in geographies where GE HFS will not have “On-Book” capabilities

• You prepare proposals, lead meetings and actively assist in analyzing prospects needs and structuring solutions

• You develop, review and present financial models to assess operating performance, valuation and appropriate capital structure of selected prospects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and a significant commercial leadership experience including Direct Sales, Risk and Finance in a financial services environment

• You demonstrate the ability to build and foster strong relationships at the senior management level of prospects and customers

• You have a sound credit knowledge and other financing products as well as a full understanding of financial statements and cash flow

• You have a proven track record of sales success in the commercial leasing/lending/export credit industry

• You have a sound knowledge of corporate and industry financial analysis and underwriting procedures

• You have a working knowledge of industry related risk, tax and legal principles
