- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Following up payments as needed by the customers.
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, and reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’.
- Ensuring timely payment of debts and petty cash
- Checking and posting receipts to accounting systems.
- Preparing Financials and Knowledge of SAGE System.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified: Degree in Accounts- B.com and preferred CA/ACCA /ICMAP or ICMAI , CA Inter.
- Accountant OR credit collection – 2- 4 years of experience.
- MS Office – EXCEL – Advance level, SAGE X3 will be preferred OR Must-Have ERP Accounting System.
- Salary: Depending on the candidate’s experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills
