ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design digital media campaigns, landing pages and artwork
Monitor all Facebook and Google campaigns via KPIs
Manage lead generation and digital projects using Facebook and Google ads
Oversee web content including property image updates
Manage all company social media accounts including design content, writing and posting
Oversee and manage marketing content, marketing strategy and monthly calendar
Design and create company brochures for local and international projects
Posting projects via social media local and international market
Maintain a strong and consistent online voice through social media
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Candidate Requirements

Skills
REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience in digital marketing and social media
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and Google
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experienced in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro and editing
Familiarity with web design and content management systems
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
