Gallega Logistics is looking for “Business Development Managers/ Executives” to join its Dynamic and fast growing team in the UAE.ABOUT US:Gallega Global Logistics is an integrated logistics partner that draws on years of experience in creating seamless supply chains for automotive and retail businesses.Gallega Logistics is part of Ghassan Aboud group, a conglomerate founded in 1994.JOB PURPOSEBusiness Development Managers goal is to expand company’s current markets by researching markets, identifying new business opportunities, and creating strategies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.Developing Sea/Air Freight Forwarding, Import Export, Land TransportationDevelop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals and objectives.Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company objectives.Generating repeat business and adding new potential customers in company portfolioAchieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the Management.Identify potential customers and register opportunities leading to revenue for the company.”Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the executionof customer contracts.”Provide personalized service and build relationships with customers, identify current and future customer requirements.Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics and supply chain needs, providing tailored solutions.Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience in the UAE marketStrong communication and interpersonal skills- Arabic knowledge would be an added advantage.Must have experience in Freight forwarding or logistics Industrial sales.
