The individual holding this position will be required to manage all IT related aspects on programs or projects coordinating with various stake holders, external suppliers , internal departments as required. The individual will also be responsible for the development and continuous appraisal of all systems and applications.To ensure, through strategic planning, that the most appropriate operating systems, hardware and software systems are deployed to support the business achieving its goals. Qualifications:Bachelor degree in computer science / electrical Engineering.Certifications in relevant IT solutions covering Microsoft systems, Cisco, UNIX, Linux , Oracle.Project management certifications with at least 5 years experience in similar sized projects Project Management and Disaster Recovery certificatications. Certification on ITIL Foundation or Practitioner is an advantage.Certification on any of PM Tools and Solutions.Experience:Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in working in leading positions in the IT field of large corporations and 5 years experience in IT Project Management. Strong leadership skills and ability to drive project team to meet goals and objectives.Working knowledge of Microsoft project for management of project plan, costs and schedule and dealing with SLAs.Ability to communicate, track and document issues and risk migration through resolution.Ability to independently manage multiple projects.Fluent in English (verbal and written), Arabic is a plus.Must have solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain successful partner with all team members.Conduct Project communication meetings, presentations and documentation.Project Management of technical project plan, scope, costs, schedule and quality of IT Deliverables.Define and ensure project resource requirements are staffed to appropriate level.Independently Manage multiple activities at different locations and organize work to meet deadlines.Project manage IT aspects of the assigned program or projects, following structured project management methodology. Manage IT related scope, work estimation, design reviews, QA plan, risk, resources, scheduling, work monitoring, project change requests and reporting related to the assigned project/program.Ensure that the IT requirements expected by end users of IT services are accurately and fully captured through end user representatives and it is documented in the project scope. Ensure that sufficient budget is allocated to the IT aspects of the program working with necessary stakeholders, resources are brought on board or suppliers are engaged in a timely manner in order to drive the completion of IT aspects of the project on time, within budget and with expected quality.Manage formal communication, record keeping, meetings, minutes, action item tracking and presentations with the relevant stakeholders and related contractors on IT aspects, complying with appropriate procedures and documentation.
