A LeadingGeneral Trading company in Dubai is looking for an Admin/HR Asistant for their office.
Job Description
1. Liasing with the Pro for staff visa renewal/ cancellation and trade license renewal and all other company documentation
2. Managing the Staff Data, leave calendar, payroll and keeping the records upto date on the Software.
3. Managing the tickets and other bookings for the company
4. Performance review and incentive management of the staff
5. Communicating effectively the Policies and rules/regulations of the company to the staff
6. Managing the insurance policies of the company
7. Managing the overall day to day administration and running of the organisation
8. Maintaining the minutes of meeting for the Board and other important meetings
9. Releasing offer letters, providing required documents for visa processing, Joining Formalities, Bank account opening, Visa reconciliation reports
10. Support in Organizing important client and supplier meetings for the management
