A Leading Home automation company is looking for an Admin cum Front office Executive for their office in Dubai
Job Description
Responsible for the overall front office activities including the reception area, follow up and coordinate office daily activities and operations
Scope of work: Front office ,Staff Database , contracts and custodies, ,office
furniture management
Responsibilities:
Perform admin tasks requested by senior management.
Direct office daily activities and functions to maintain efficiency and
compliance with company policies.
Assist clerical and support staff with their assigned duties,
particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is
required.
Assist the Executive Team in managing relationships with various
clients, vendors, and partners through the initiation of
correspondence, organizing meetings, and carrying out follow-ups.
Write all management meeting MOMs ( minutes of meeting) ,
archive it , and reflected of soft index
Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains
calendars for Executive Team.
Invoices data entry
Assist in managing employee records, onboarding new employees,
and other personnel HR responsibilities.
Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues
(e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
Perform telephone services, email correspondence, and mail
distribution.
Maintains office supplies inventory.
Perform archiving tasks including maintain records, documentation,
and files.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
