This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and versatile professional to contribute to the growth and success of our company.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportManage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.Handle confidential information with discretion.Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Recruitment CoordinationAssist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening processes.Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.Support the onboarding process for new hires.Business DevelopmentConduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and networking events.Business ReportingCollect, analyze, and report on key business metrics and performance indicators.Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Managing Director and executive team.Assist in the development and tracking of business plans and objectives.Graphic DesignCreate visually appealing graphics for presentations, marketing materials, and social media.Design and maintain company branding guidelines and templates.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Personal AttributesProactive and self-motivated.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Creative and innovative mindset.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity for professional growth and development.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Interested candidates should submit their CV along with their availability and salary expectation to [email protected]
