A leading Furniture manufacturing and Fit-Out company is looking for an “Document Controller” with experience in the Contracting and Construction Company the following essential requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years’ gulf experience as Document Controller with experience in Construction or Contracting Company
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent written and oral English communication with efficient interpersonal skills.
Well versed in MS Office packages, particularly excel with good numerical abilities.
Responsible for self-correspondences and drafting of all documents (Letters, reports, presentation, minutes, site instructions, memos etc)
Maintain and update records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution from the Client.
Controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation.
Prepare and submit RFI’s with all the attachments.
Prepare the Drawing submittal and keep all the records.
Update the incoming/outgoing logs without fail.
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required ISO standard.
Follow up the outstanding paper works with site, other departments & contractors.
Prepare the weekly progress reports for site & Management.
Issue the production job orders and transmittals.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
