Description:
In our UAE based company, we’re looking for a qualified and experienced (G+ Unlimited) civil engineering project manager to join our team and help us to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing civil engineering projects with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from concept through completion, and will be expected to provide regular progress reports to the Board of Directors/Owners
Duties & Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, project sponsors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
• Manage and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives within defined timelines and budget
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., contractors, regulatory agencies) as needed to facilitate project progress
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
• Manage project close-out activities, including final acceptance of deliverables by the client
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
Skills and experience required:
Degree in Civil Engineering
7 to 10 years UAE work experience (G+Unlimited)
Additional certificates or licenses as per UAE law
Excellent communication Skills in English
Driving license.
