We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving customer acquisition, and expanding our market presence. You will initially take a hands-on approach and be responsible for building a talented marketing team to support our rapid growth. You will also be expected to collaborate closely with other departments to ensure our ride-hailing application remains a preferred choice for our customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and enhance brand visibility.
•Recruit, mentor, and manage marketing team.
•Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising to drive user engagement and growth.
•Manage content creation, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia materials, tailored to engage and educate our luxury-focused audience.
•Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
•Plan and execute promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in a leadership role.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
•Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
•Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
•Experience in managing advertising and promotional activities.
•Strong organizational and project management skills.
•Ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
•Experience in the building and construction materials industry is a plus.
•Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.
