•Offering additional coverage and upgrades to meet customer needs.
•Entering rental agreements in the RTA system timely.
•Checking daily for traffic fines and following up with the customers for payments.
•Explaining terms of rental agreements to customers and assisting them with their vehicle rental to ensure a positive customer experience.
•Assist and handle upset customers, conflicts and challenging situations.
•Achieving the sales target by using advanced sales plans/techniques and products.
•Transferring cars from location to location depending on customers’ demands.
