Description:
We are looking for Office Boy/ Office Girl that can also do basic reception work, Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects. Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
Office Boy/Lady Responsibilities:
Clean office kitchen on daily basis
Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Office Boy / Lady Requirements:
• Good English speaking
• Good communication
• Must know how to use basic computer
• Must be good at answering phones
• Be able to welcome guests
• Make beverages for staff and guests
• Know how to photocopy/scan documents
• Help out with basic admin work
• Maintain the office cleanliness
• Maintain personal cleanliness
