• Assist clients in answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about properties.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and other teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Provide administrative assistance to the broader team, contributing to smooth operations and exceptional service.
Qualifications:
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Prior call center or customer service experience is mandatory.
