We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent language skills and a UAE tour guide license to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct guided tours for international tourists, providing them with an unforgettable travel experience.
Share captivating stories, historical facts, and interesting insights about the destinations.
Communicate effectively in English.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the tour group throughout the journey.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with local attractions, landmarks, and cultural events to deliver accurate and engaging information.
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth tour operations.
Requirements:
Valid UAE tour guide license is preferred.
Fluent in English. Other Languages like Russian, Czech, French etc are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Extensive knowledge of the UAE’s history, culture, and tourist attractions.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience as a tour guide or in the travel industry is advantageous.
