Description:
To be responsible for all cash/ credit transactions involving movement of goods to and from the shop, offering customer service of a high quality in order to maintain proper accounts and safe custody of cash/ cheques & other related documents.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and taking reservations
– Managing the wait list and seating guests
– Assisting with various front-of-house duties as needed
– Providing excellent customer service to guests
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
