Performance Management: Monitoring individual and team performance, setting performance targets, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
Decision Making: Making informed decisions, considering input from team members, and ensuring the team’s decisions align with organisational objectives.
Collaboration: Promoting teamwork, facilitating collaboration among team members, and encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-functional cooperation.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving problems and obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, implementing solutions, and adapting strategies as needed.
